Easy to carry
Mercury FourStroke 4.5 and 6hp engines have an integral fuel tank with an external fuel shut-off valve and the ability to connect to an optional portable fuel tank. With the onboard fuel tank, the outboard does not need to be connected to another fuel tank on the boat. However, for those who cover marathon distances with the boat, an optional portable fuel tank can be connected in a fraction of a second.
